Medi-Cal: This is California’s Medicaid program and is geared to assisted individuals with limited income within the state’s guidelines/parameters to help with some medical costs.

Adult Protective Services (APS) – agency that investigates reports of abuse in elders or dependent adults, looking for neglect, exploitation or abuse.
